Privacy statement is a mandatory requirement from the Mobile Network Operators and must be communicated to your recipients when they are agreeing to receive SMS/MMS from your organization. What's important to the approval parties is the privacy policy must be clear that end user's personal info will not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of marketing.
